By booking accommodation or using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

Use of Services

Stay Tromsø provides a platform for guests to browse and book apartments and short-term rentals directly. We may also display recommended tours and local experiences through trusted third-party partners. Any misuse of the website or services is strictly prohibited.

Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Prices, payment terms, and cancellation policies are clearly shown during the booking process and in your booking confirmation. Cancellation policies may vary by property and rate type.

For selected bookings, payment via bank transfer may be offered upon request. Bank transfer bookings are confirmed only once full payment has been received. To request bank transfer details, please contact us before completing your booking.

Damage, Extra Cleaning & Charges

Guests are responsible for leaving the property in reasonable condition.

To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all guests, a temporary pre-authorization is placed on the payment card used for booking as a standard security measure.

- Small apartments: NOK 1,500

- Larger apartments/house: NOK 2,500

This amount is not charged and will be automatically released after check-out, provided no damage or excessive cleaning is required.

We reserve the right to charge the guest’s card only in cases of:

- Documented damage beyond normal wear and tear

- Excessive cleaning requirements

- Lost keys or access items

- Improper waste disposal

Any such charges will be documented and communicated to the guest.

Tours & Activities

Tours and activities offered through the website are provided by third-party operators. Availability, pricing, and conditions may vary. Please review individual tour details carefully before booking.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Stay Tromsø and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
