Positive: Beautiful house, just as shown in the photos. Amazing indoor sauna and jacuzzi! Convenient location close to bus stop (~15mins to Tromsø centre), and 2min walk to big Eurospar. Kai is very kind and helpful with fast responses! Negative: Nothing.

Spacious apartment with amenities in a quite neighborhood. Positive: The apartment is very nice and well laid out. When booking, the listing mentioned a hot tub, but it’s actually a jacuzzi-style bathtub. The space is spread across three levels: the lower level includes a bathroom with laundry facilities, a bedroom, the sauna/jacuzzi and the cinema/TV room. The second floor, which is the entry way, has two bedrooms, and the top floor features another bedroom, a bathroom, kitchen/dining area, and a cozy living room. Be aware—there are quite a few stairs throughout the apartment. The beds are comfortable. It’s a short drive into the downtown city center, but walking isn’t ideal unless you have plenty of time. A dedicated carport is located right in front of the apartment, which is super convenient. The neighborhood is quiet, and there’s a grocery store just a few minutes away on foot. Negative: towels were very rough, longer walk into city center then description states.

WE SAW THE NORTHERN LIGHTS FROM THE BALCONY!!!! Positive: Kai’s House is so magical. From the moment we arrived everything was so cozy, and welcoming it felt like home. Kai himself was super kind and easy to communicate. The location is perfect just 2 minutes from a bus stop that takes you everywhere, with a huge supermarket and pharmacy close by. the house is in a quiet neighborhood away from the noise of downtown which made it sooo relaxing. But the absolute highlight that we got to see the Northern Lights from the living room balcony!!! Even though we joined multiple aurora tours, the most breathtaking show was right here!! The lights danced for hours above our heads it was unbelievable. This has truly been one of the best places I’ve ever booked, and I couldn’t recommend it more. Thank you Kai for making our Tromsø trip unforgettable :) Negative: nothing :)

Upea huoneisto tasokasta matkailua haluaville. Positive: Todella luksushuoneisto! Hyvä sijainti, hyvät sängyt ja varustelu. Vuokraisäntä hyvin ystävällinen. Negative: Huoneisto ei sovi liikuntaesteisille (kolmessa kerroksessa) ja ehkä liiankin hieno lemmikin kanssa matkustaville.

Perfect! Positive: The house is top level - easy check-in process, very spacious, with a parking space, in a very good location next to a big supermarket and across the bus stop. It is about 20 min walk from the center of the city. All amenities were provided for the guests, incl. some spices and basic products which was very helpful. The bathrooms are huge and with wonderful showers. There is a jacuzzi which we didn’t use. The sauna was a great benefit in the winter. The TV had more programs that I have ever seen in my life so sports and film fans would appreciate it:) Highly recommend it. Negative: Few minor cleaning issues.
